Q1: Where do you ship the products from?
A1: All products will be shipped from mainland China warehouse.
Q2: Which logistics company do you use?
A2: We currently ship via DHL or UPS (if economy shipping is selected). Tracking status can be queried through Order Track. For expedited shipping options (available in select countries only), we currently default to Fedex International Priority service. We reserve the right to change to other shipping companies without prior notice.
Q3: How long does it take to arrive?
A3: For economy service, it usually takes about 7-13 days for the package to arrive by e-express service, and 14-21 days to arrive by registered air service. Sometimes faster. Sometimes slower. Tracking status may not be as detailed as with expedited shipping services. For expedited shipping (available in select countries only), it usually takes about 3-10 days to arrive. Please note that there are many unforeseen factors that will affect the delivery time (including but not limited to customs delays, courier delays, etc.). Therefore, please use estimates only as a guide. If you need to catch up on a specific date, we recommend that you contact your local dealer to purchase. AstrHori will not accept any refunds/order cancellations due to extended delivery times.
Q4: What is the currency displayed in the online store?
A4: The currency unit is USD.
Q5: How about the warranty?
A5: We currently offer a 1-year warranty from the date you receive the lens. Please keep your receipt, all lenses purchased from our online store will be directly covered by our warranty. Our local dealers will not provide warranty service for our online store purchases.
Q6: What if I change my mind about the purchase? Can I return an item for a refund/exchange?
A6: Please consider carefully before placing an order. We are currently only able to arrange replacement if we find any optical/defect issues on the lens. All sales are final and we do not accept any returns/refund requests.
Q7: Does the price include VAT/duties?
A7: The price does not include any VAT or duties, and the buyer will be responsible if any VAT/duties arise.
Q8: Do you support wholesale?
A8: We not only support wholesale, but also accept the cooperation of global distributors.
